After years in the classroom, I grew frustrated with tick-box training. Having to take courses that were either oversimplified, impractical, or so overwhelming that nothing stuck.

That’s why I founded RuneStone Instructional Design Co.

I craft scaffolded learning journeys that meet people exactly where they are and guide them toward meaningful, measurable change - not just completion rates.
